Oscar Nuts offers refunds on products purchased through our website under certain circumstances. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase, including but not limited to; order number or receipt. Refunds are only available for products that are in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

Damaged or Defective Products

All our products are factory sealed, if you received an opened or defective product, please return to the customer service with no more than 24 hours of product’s recipient. We may request photographic evidence or a return of the damaged or defective product before processing a refund. Once we have confirmed the damage, we will provide a full refund or offer a replacement product, depending on your preference.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or if your order is incomplete, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may request additional information or a return of the incorrect or incomplete product before processing a refund or sending the correct items. Once we have verified the error, we will provide a full refund or ship the correct items, depending on your preference.

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
