Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a deep bowl.

In an electric mixer bowl, beat the butter with sugar until creamy, then add the egg and vanilla and beat well.

Gradually add the flour mixture to form a soft andcohesive dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut out the dough with a heart-shaped cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 8-10 minutes.

Let them cool completely, then transfer them to a wire rack for decoration.
Decoration
Melt the chocolate in steam and dip the cookies, then sprinkle with hazelnuts and coconut, and spread them on a tray. Finally, add the chocolate and nuts for decoration.
