- Croissants, phyllo dough, or a package of puff pastry
- 1 liter of milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon powdered milk
- 1 packet of whipping cream
- 1 can of crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)

- 1 bag of shredded coconut from Oscar

Cut the dough, croissants, or phyllo dough on parchment paper.

Brush the phyllo dough with butter and bake in the oven until golden brown at a temperature of no more than 160 degrees Celsius.
