In a deep saucepan, combine the milk and chopped chocolate and stir continuously until the chocolate melts, then heat over low heat.

Stir the mixture thoroughly until the chocolate pieces disappear.

In another cup, mix the cold milk with the cornstarch, stirring continuously until the cornstarchdissolves.

Mix the above mix with the chocolate mixture, continuing to stir gently.

Continue stirring until the mixture thickens due to the cornstarch. Then, remove the saucepan from the heat while stirring continuously until the desired consistency is achieved.

Then start pouring the drink into mugs and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts.
